On my List!!

I got to ride in this kind of a saddle on Saturday and I loved it!!....If you didn't already know, I love riding horses and I cant stop taking about them! Well, back to the saddle, it was the most comfortable saddle I have ever ridden in. Mom and Dad, Christmas is right around the corner....hope you read this Post!.....hint hint!!

So Pretty

I took this picture not to long ago, I was at the beach with my friend and I had to stop and take this picture of this Beautiful blue hydrangea. She must have thought I was crazy to stop and take a picture of a Flower when the beach was ahead of us!! But I couldn't resit it.

If you would come to my house you should see all the hydrangea's growing in my yard!

A Beautiful Morning

I woke up at 6 am this morning and looked out my bedroom window to this beautiful view. I hurried over and got my camera and raced back and took this picture.

I feel so lucky to be able to wakeup and see this beautiful view every morning but I'm most happiest that I get to see horses at the same time!!

ps: the horses are those little dots out in the field! :)

Im back

Im back, I did kinda forget about my blog but im back and im ready to post agian!!.... I havent

Fun at the beach

These are me and my cousins running down the dunes in North Carolina. I had so much fun!

This is a picture of the only other girl in the family. She's our little princess. She is very sweet. I had so much fun with her and I miss her so much. Actually, I am missing all of my cousins. We had such a great time together. I hope we can do a beach vacation again real soon.

I can't wait until school starts......NOT! I start next week. I will miss sleeping in late in the morning. My brother has already had to start school (ha ha ha)!!

Look What I Found

I found this nest and eggs in my mom's bicycle helmet in the garage. There were four little eggs. It is the nest of a house wren. The mommy bird abandoned the nest. I waited a week but the mom never came back. I did some reading and read a story of where a house wren made a nest in a fireman's helmet. So, I guess it is normal to find a house wren nests in strange places.

Back Home

I had a really good time on vacation. I went to Bald Head Island in North Carolina. We went to the beach and collected a lot of shells. My favorite shell that I found was a Dead Sea Urchin. I found a huge piece of coral and a baby hermit crab.

I also saw alligators. One night we went on a night time nature walk and saw more alligators. The naturalist would shine a white light on the alligator and its eyes would turn red by the light. The way you estimate the length of an alligator in feet is by measuring it from its nose to its eyes in inches. If it is 6" from its nose to its eyes, than it will be approximately 6' long.
